The UAE General Prosecution has said it will prosecute people who post videos that are against the traditional values and morals of the UAE on social media.
Attorney General Dr Hamad Saif Al Shamsee said that parents should ensure that their children don’t produce or share such immoral videos as they harm the society and would get them into trouble for violating the law.
“Young people should adhere to the virtues and values of morality and should not practice such acts that affect the public morals so as to respect the national identity,” said Al Shamsi.
“They must also respect institutions and schools that train them to be good and responsible citizens” he added.
