Singapore named a rare kind of orchid after the UAE’s Mother of the nation, Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak. This gesture was marked on account of humanitarian contributions of Sheikha Fatima.
The flower is at the National Botanic Garden of Singapore. It was chosen from numerous rare species of flowers. Sheikha Fatima and her delegation visited Singapore for the flower naming along with the wife of Singapore foreign minister and other officials.
