UAE initiative to buy a church in Cornwall, a province in South Britain has been lauded by Dr Hanif Hassan, chairman of the Geneva Centre for Human Rights Advancement and Global Dialogue. The church will be converted into a social centre. Dr. Hassan said this reflects the vision of the wise leadership. He also mentioned the quality initiatives launched by UAE to promote tolerance, solidarity and cooperation between all people. He added that Islam’s principles represented the solid ground for the wise leadership’s future vision.
The initiative was launched by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
