The Sharjah Sharia court heard a case in which a 60-year-old trader was found dead in his flat last Ramadan,after he remained traceless for days.
The victim’s brother and family members told the presiding judge Hussian Al Ousovi that they will not accept blood money and pardon the accused.
Victim’s brother said that he saw the victim for the last time in his shop which deals in perfume. He added that he came to know about his brother’s death after he received a call from the Kwaiti hospital.
The victim was a divorcee and had no children. He had a good reputation in the society and had no enemies.
